Hila Ratzabi lives in Philadelphia where she founded the Red Sofa Salon & Poetry Workshop. Her poetry has been published in Narrative, Alaska Quarterly Review, Drunken Boat, Linebreak, The Nervous Breakdown, and other journals. She holds an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College. Ratzabi enjoys poetry and prose in which language, sound, and image conspire to create and subvert meaning, and work which fits Storyscape's mission of interrogating genre categories and questioning what "truth" means. Shasta Grant is based in Indianapolis and Singapore. She is the winner of the 2015 Kenyon Review Short Fiction Contest and her stories and essays are forthcoming or have appeared in Gargoyle, Epiphany, cream city review, wigleaf, and elsewhere. She has an MFA from Sarah Lawrence College. Shasta is interested in a variety of styles: from traditional stories to work that experiments with form. She is looking for pieces that capture a reader's attention from the beginning and won't let go. You can find her online here.
Fang He is originally from Beijing, China. She understands English better than Chinese though she prefers to think in the latter. She wrote her first short story for class, as a prequel for Braveheart. She enjoyed it, as did others. After considering secondary education, and later, massage therapy, she decided to pursue writing and literature. Her literary journal, Wicket, is preparing to open submissions for its first issue. She has long held a series of various jobs, the most current of which is at a 3D media company. Her other passions include photography, ballet, and traveling. She currently lives in Brooklyn with a few classy people and a guinea pig named Adele.
Based in Minneapolis, prose editor Hillary Wentworth received her MFA in creative nonfiction from the University of North Carolina Wilmington. Her work has appeared in Black Warrior Review, caesura, and The Fourth River, among other publications. At Storyscape, Hillary is interested in pieces that crackle with energy and poetic language. She roller skates under the name Centrifugal Fierce.
Alyssa Songsiridej lives in Philadelphia, PA where she writes and teaches at the Community College of Philadelphia. She has served as an editor for TINGE Magazine and has an MFA from Temple University. She is looking for pieces with high energy and hard prose. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking and pulling up invasive plants.
Kevin Romoser is a graphic designer in Brooklyn, NY. In addition to Storyscape, he designs St. Petersburg Review, Springhouse Journal, and he is the co-founder of Box of Jars.
